Advisory
Deep expertise and long experience advising on the development of commercial property.
We assist with identifying properties and carrying out feasibility studies, advising on how to develop value. Over the last 15 years we have initiated and developed around 100,000 sq m of property on behalf of our clients.

Property management
As managers we step into the owner's role and take over the tasks that come with each property.
Close follow-up of tenants, owners and operating staff lets us optimise operations and create added value – for tenants and owners alike. We have our own in-house accounting office, authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority and a member of Regnskap Norge.
