About us
Among the oldest pure commercial agents in Norway.
Sandia was founded in 1993 and has since offered services from our centre of expertise in commercial property.
We work with development, operation, sales/acquisitions, leasing and management of commercial property – and have been part of large and small projects from A to Z.
Together we have considerable experience across our business areas. We like to think that our loyal client base speaks for craftsmanship and quality at every stage – and for a closeness in the collaboration that makes Sandia Eiendom the preferred partner next time, too.
Sandia is an independent player. We have our own in-house accounting office, authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority and a member of Regnskap Norge, and Sandia Megling AS is a member of the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents.
Our team
Close collaboration – next time too.
